“Things get better, they don’t always get brilliant, but they get better.” – Every Brilliant Thing by @jonnydonahoe
Recently I went to the play ‘Every Brilliant Thing’. A theme of the play is helping lift those we love out of sadness and grief. And also about helping oneself to remain hopeful when things feel hopeless. The play reminded us to look, every day, for reasons to stay hopeful and in touch with the beauty of the world. You can find other suggestions for self-care in the face of grief and trauma here on Supporting Yourself.
I wonder what would be on your list?
Giving this post a ‘like’ helps us reach those in need and is hugely beneficial for spreading the word. Thank you, in advance, for your support!
